IDA Purchases Blighted River District Building
The Industrial Development Authority (IDA) has purchased the former Wise Hundley building located at 322 Main St. The goal is to gain control of key properties, make minimal upgrades and code related improvements, and get the buildings back into the hands of a private developer and back on the tax rolls.
The IDA is currently obtaining estimates for facade repairs.
